Thorough, compassionate and caring. Asks good questions, and explains things well. After a long search for a new primary care doc, I feel like I've landed in the right place. Updated April 2023: Switched to a new doc - not because of Dr. Thu, but because of his rude and incompetent office staff. Over the course of 6 months, they were unable to get my medical records from other doctors into my chart where Dr. Thu could access and review them. This caused a significant waste of time and prevented continuity of care.

I love Dr. Kyaw Thu He is very thorough on his examinations with you, he is not looking at his watch, to get you out so he can get to the next patient. He is not like that. He takes the time to listen, to your problems or situation. He is thoughtful and kind, let him know, if you have any questions or write them down to discuss them with him at your appointment.

While i have never met Dr. Thu I am a patient of Nurse Practitioner Julianne Prete. I absolutely love this office. Julianne is a very thorough and caring provider. The office staff is incredibly helpful. They stay on top of referrals to specialists which is something I've had a problem with, with other providers. They are very professional and courteous. The office is immaculate. The longest wait I've ever had was about 15 minutes. I highly recommend these providers and i wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my primary care.

Dr. Thu has been my mother's doctor for years. After taking her to several appointments and seeing how he interacted with her and really listened to our concerns, I decided to go to him for primary care. He is attentive, compassionate, and thorough. I never feel rushed or dismissed. The office staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care.

Dr. Thu has been me and my husbands primary care doctor for over 5 years now, and I am very happy that he is. Dr. Thu is very thorough and always listens to our concerns and addresses them. I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes in the waiting room, his office staff is also very good. He is by far the best Doctor we have had. Thank you Dr. Thu and staff for being so awesome!
